Something is finally happening at the former Coco’s location on Bell Road & 98th Ave. Taco Boy’s is bringing its popular street-style tacos to this property, adding another stop to its growing Valley footprint, which already includes six other metro Phoenix locations.

This building is over 7,000sf, which is much larger than the typical space for this style of restaurant. I wouldn’t be surprised if they only occupy a portion of this property and another business goes into the other half. (link & map)
