Finally, something happened to address the menagerie of vehicles offered for sale on the abandoned property owned by CVS, at the corner of 99th Ave & Union Hills in Sun City.

I shared a post back in March about the current status, and I know of a couple residents who reached out to me about their communication with CVS. It seems their complaints & persistence made a difference, as gates were recently installed at the property restricting access.

While this is a step in the right direction, this doesn’t address the blighted building on the property and what may come next. Hopefully it won’t sit like this for another 20 years…
